I could have written a book of poems or a book of musical lyrics and they would have been the same book. But once life is breathed into words written (at times in ‘real time’ as the events unfolded) with music, with imagery (I cried…the ugly cry while stitching together the parts to create whole music videos) what do you call it? Will my muse recognize himself? Not likely. Will I tell him? Probably not. Like a true Aquarius, I look forward not back into the past except to heal from trauma. So in my limited time, I share with you, my SECRETS.

SECRETS is a book of poems turned into song lyrics. I have included song and album art covers and it is intertwined with stories about the origins of the poems/lyrics. Some stories will surprise you. Some stories will feel raw. As in the poem/song “Sink or Swim – I choose to live an authentic life”. There will also be a QR code for each poem directing you to the album, song sample, and art posters for you to feel closer to what I felt.
